The reference Scenario Lab uses authored content and a deterministic intent parser and state engine. No live AI provider is configured for this new encounter experience. Some development content was prepared with AI assistance and is labeled with its clinical review status.
Optional AI authoring
Explicitly enabled authoring can use OpenAI to draft or refine synthetic educational cases. AI can make mistakes. Stored facts, measurements, timing and documented criteria remain controlled by the application. Private protocol transmission is disabled in protected staging. AI-generated material requires human review and is not an authoritative clinical source. Shared daily/monthly spending controls may pause paid features while deterministic tools remain available.
Source and review
Prefer source-backed content and current local protocols. Uploaded protocols may be outdated or conflict with other references. A role label or software test does not establish clinical review. Real patient care follows local protocol and medical direction.
