Make the space useful
Be respectful, specific and constructive. Disagree with ideas without harassment. Protect patient privacy and avoid identifying colleagues in a complaint. Do not post threats, discriminatory abuse, scams, spam or misleading credential claims.
Audience and moderation
Choose member-only or public visibility before submitting a post. Posts and replies can enter moderation. Masked names reduce visibility to other members but do not promise anonymity from authorized moderation or legal processes. Reports and moderation actions are reviewed within platform roles.
Recognition and commercial content
Kudos should celebrate people without exposing patient information. Identify your relationship to products, employers and organizations. Paid placement must be disclosed and cannot purchase verification or clinical endorsement.
