What we collect
Account information supports authentication. Profile, qualification, document, saved-search, learning and community records are collected when you use those features. Full dates of birth and Social Security numbers are not requested. Optional profile information should be limited to what is useful for your professional goals.
Your choices
Professional-directory visibility and recruiter discovery are separate choices. Private credential identifiers, documents, learning notes and scenario performance are not public profile content. Community contributions remain member-only unless you explicitly select a public audience. Existing contributions do not become public merely because guest browsing is available.
Use and sharing
We do not sell identifiable member personal data. We use records to provide requested features, maintain security, review reported abuse and support account requests. External links are operated by their publishers. Optional third-party integrations need a clear purpose and configuration before private information is transmitted.
Retention and control
Use the account Data area to request an export or account deletion. Organization responsibilities may require ownership transfer first. Backups can retain a limited recovery copy until their retention period ends; a production schedule must be established before launch. Guest scenario samples are temporary. Release journal text is never sent to the application server or saved to an account.
Preview infrastructure
This installation stores application records locally. Private document bytes and credential identifiers use the existing encryption layer; the whole local database and recovery copy are not represented as managed encrypted cloud storage. Production hosting, retention schedules, incident contacts and processor details require review before deployment.
