Use professional information for the feature and audience selected by its owner. Learning performance does not become a hiring score or an automatically verified credential. An uploaded document is not proof of professional verification until an authorized review establishes that result.
Analytics and research
We do not sell identifiable member personal data. Current operational records support product functioning and private learning review. Any future workforce research or commercial aggregate reporting must be disclosed, minimize the data used, suppress small groups, assess re-identification risk and prohibit attempts to identify individuals. Removing names alone is not sufficient anonymization.
Optional sponsored placement measurement
Sponsored cards ask before measuring views or clicks. The choice applies only to the current page and starts off. If enabled, a short-lived signed page ticket records one view and one click per campaign per ticket. The event record contains a campaign, event kind, timestamp and replay-protection hash; it has no account ID, IP address, journal text or credential data. Reports cover 90 days; routine maintenance removes older event rows. Counts are page events, not unique people or verified ad delivery.
Excluded content
Release writing is excluded from storage, analytics, logs, model training and external AI calls. Credential numbers, private uploaded text, authentication tokens and learning-note contents must not enter routine product analytics. Optional AI features require a documented data flow and explicit user action before sending private source material.
